📋 Description

• Assess & Identify Opportunities • Conduct a comprehensive review of internal systems and workflows • Identify high-ROI AI and automation use cases • Evaluate data readiness and infrastructure maturity • Deliver an AI adoption and modernization roadmap • Integrate AI capabilities into CRM, ERP, ticketing, reporting, and operational platforms • Implement AI copilots, automation agents, and intelligent workflows • Redesign manual processes into scalable automation frameworks • Improve data structures to support predictive analytics and reporting • Evaluate and deploy LLM-based tools and automation platforms • Design internal AI assistants and knowledge systems • Build dashboards and AI-powered reporting tools • Ensure secure, compliant integration with existing infrastructure • Establish Governance & Enablement • Define AI governance and usage standards • Provide documentation and best practices • Guide leadership on responsible AI adoption • Train key stakeholders on implemented systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years working in AI, automation, or digital transformation • Demonstrated experience retooling internal enterprise systems • Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and system integration • Experience deploying LLM-based tools and AI-powered automation • Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance best practices • Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions
