📋 Description
• Support the day-to-day operations of Account Managers in the G3 Boise Regional Brokerage Division • Assist the Account Manager team with client- and carrier-facing duties • Track and trace shipments • Schedule and manage appointments • Create and manage shipments • Perform shipment billing procedures • Maintain compliance with SOPs and best practices • Achieve and exceed individual and team goals • Complete expected tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
