📋 Description

• Conduct process analyses and identify digital opportunities • Develop governance structures and strategic transformation concepts • Take responsibility for digitization initiatives across the entire energy value chain • Design and implement solution approaches, target operating models, as well as program governance and project management • Analyze and optimize organizational structures, business processes, and IT architectures

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of consulting experience, including advisory work in the energy sector • Hands-on experience with an energy utility or in industry-relevant projects • Degree in economics, an energy-related field, or a relevant natural science discipline • Strong interest in digitalization and IT topics • Solid knowledge of common consulting methods and tools • Language skills: German (C1), English (business fluent) • Willingness to travel
