📋 Description

• Set up and launch email campaigns in Reteno • Achieve mutually agreed quantitative revenue targets • Restructure the email marketing infrastructure for remarketing users who left their emails on the quiz • Set up campaign foundations, including segmentation by marketing funnels and different types of flows • Conduct A/B tests to improve the entire email funnel • Implement thematic campaigns • Maintain the stability of risk metrics • Request and implement new functionality from the web development team with the help of a PM • Support transactional emails

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an email marketing manager • Experience in B2C product or performance marketing • Practical experience with email/CRM marketing platforms (Reteno, ESputnik, SendPulse, or similar), including campaign setup, segmentation, and automated flows • Understanding of marketing funnel-building principles and experience conducting A/B tests to improve conversion at different funnel stages • Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, risk metrics) • Experience setting tasks for the development team and working with a PM to implement new functionality • Attention to detail and responsibility, with experience supporting/maintaining system (transactional) mailings
