• A strong portfolio showing how you think and iterate • Experience designing for AI workflows • A high bar for craft in visual and interaction design • Experience conducting research and translating findings into design decisions • Proven ability to work iteratively in agile product development • Experience designing in complex enterprise contexts • Excellent communication skills
