📋 Description

• Based in our New York office, the Sales Service Coordinator will be part of our Sales team, working with an Account Manager and all the eco-system contributing to the creation of a fragrance (Perfumers, Evaluators, Marketing). • As a Sales Coordinator, you will play an important role in an account team providing critical support enhancing the customer experience. • Support all aspects of business (sourcing market products, information, creative & technical needs). • Be the daily interface and provide ongoing support to the clients for pricing, stability and regulatory issuing the necessary safety documents. • Manage new win requirements internally and externally (Pricing, Regulatory, Stability, Vendor Management).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree. • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role. • Experience coordinating multiple projects. • You have a successful track record of building strong professional relationships.
