📋 Description
• Lead GD’s impact learning agenda for Emergency Cash programs • Define and drive prioritization for impact-focused learning questions • Identify opportunities for new research projects and negotiate funding • Establish standards for data collection and management systems • Pilot new research methods and share best practices across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Ownership of research and learning strategy for Emergency Cash Programs • Experience with developing research concepts and establishing partnerships • Accountability for quality, ethics, and compliance of M&E approaches • Mentoring of staff on strategic data sets and project ownership
🏖️ Benefits
• Annual Benefits Stipend: $21,393 • Bonus at Target Performance: 15% (~$19,200, with potential for upside)
