📋 Description

• Contact company-provided leads to set qualified appointments • Communicate with clients by phone, text and email to understand their needs • Maintain working knowledge of the company’s various services • Establish relationships with past and potential customers to facilitate sales • Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales • Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals • Complete administrative tasks, including processing and recording sales in CRM and tracking data in Excel or Google Sheets • Serve as the first point of contact with clients • No supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of call center experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM • Ability to contact customers, complete sales reports and manage other tasks independently • Reliable IT equipment, internet and adequate workspace • Ability to handle high call volume • Previous experience with an auto-dialer (Ring Central) • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation • High School Diploma or equivalent • Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Applicants must be U.S. residents; only candidates currently residing in the United States will be considered
