📋 Description

• Supervise remote sales workforce • Coordinate and report to senior leaders in the sales function and company executives • Manage day-to-day productivity of remote teams using output-based metrics • Identify and remove bottlenecks in the clinical/consulting workflow • Implement and enforce daily reporting standards and team communication protocols • Ensure all remote operations align with the company’s commitment to serving military veterans • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and VA-related regulatory standards across all remote work channels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large remote teams (50+ staff) • Background in medical consulting, healthcare administration, or veteran services • Proven track record of turning around underperforming teams through structured management • Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Trello) and workforce analytics • Ability to balance empathy for staff with firm, results-oriented leadership • Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills • Experience building and optimizing sales processes and playbooks • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital communication tools • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make strategic adjustments • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment • Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Must be available to work weekends
