📋 Description

• Vendor Management • Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure performance, value, and accountability. • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and vendor risk assessments, driving continuous improvement and accountability. • Identify opportunities to reduce vendor sprawl and consultant dependency through standardization and strategic sourcing. • Identify, assess, and manage IT operational and vendor‑related risks, escalating issues as appropriate. • Support IT staffing plans, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ Experience in IT operations, technology operations, or enterprise operations leadership • Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and cost controls • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party services • 2+ years of experience delivering business updates to leadership, including crafting concise executive summaries for senior stakeholders • 2+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives • Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms • Competency in vetting vendors for cybersecurity and regulatory compliance • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Legal, and Procurement • Strong understanding of how data and analytics support business operations, particularly within underwriting domains. • Solid understanding of financial services product offerings, distribution channels, and the competitive landscape, with the ability to translate external trends into internal strategy.
