📋 Description
• Build high-level sales plans and store-level sales targets • Turn targets into daily and weekly store goals used for field and store incentive pay • Pull and check sales data in BusinessObjects • Analyze sales and KPI trends and make recommendations • Work with General Ledger and Shared Services on controls and balance sheet analysis • Build tools to automate and streamline reporting • Create ad hoc analyses and support special projects • Partner with brand and field leaders to identify sales and operating trends
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics • 3+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills • Strong PowerPoint and Word skills • SAP and/or BusinessObjects experience • High attention to detail • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced setting • Retail industry experience, especially store-level sales planning, is a plus
