📋 Description

• Engage existing customers through outbound and inbound calls • Drive sales by identifying and presenting additional coverage options tailored to customer needs • Apply consultative sales techniques to match customers with coverage solutions • Communicate policy benefits and guide customers toward informed coverage decisions • Process policy documentation, correspondence, and service corrections accurately • Maintain a seamless customer experience while handling multiple systems

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred • A Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license is required; unlicensed candidates may obtain it with employer-paid costs • At least one year of customer service, phone-based sales, or related customer-facing experience • Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone • Strong time-management, organizational, and decision-making skills • Ability to work under pressure with professionalism, tact, and confidentiality • Comfortable working with numbers, data entry, and computer-based systems • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining customer engagement • Knowledge of Life and Health insurance operations is a plus • Reliable and predictable attendance of the assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
