📋 Description

• Receive, organize, and accurately index newly reported claims via RightFax and paper mail, including preparation for scanning • Initiate, document, and report results of all First Occurrence phone calls to customers and leadership on a weekly basis • Request and provide assistance obtaining additional information from members and providers to process claims • Complete the check pull report each morning • Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards while navigating multiple databases, software programs, and online tools • Attend and participate in departmental meetings, trainings, coaching sessions, and mandatory compliance training • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to compile and review information to make sound decisions • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent written, verbal, and typing abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other basic computer programs • Self-motivated and adaptable • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude • Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications
