📋 Description

• Assist with daily call volume, prioritizing service level • Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries professionally and courteously • Meet customer needs across phone, email, and written correspondence interactions • Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics • Act as first-tier support for customer inquiries on behalf of Globe Life Inc. • Effectively communicate and resolve customer issues • Assist with department and company initiatives as needed • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent listening skills and ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook • General working knowledge of the Internet for business use • Ability to learn new computer systems • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Professional and friendly attitude with ability to quickly develop rapport with customers • Flexibility in schedule • Detail-oriented • Ability to professionally handle and resolve escalated issues • Heavy computer and phone usage • Ability to sit 90% of the workday • Willingness to work shift work and overtime • Reliable and predictable attendance for the assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
