📋 Description

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom • Review available options for union and association benefits • Help families enroll in coverage when appropriate • Simplify and provide guidance through the onboarding process with virtual mentorship and structured onboarding • Work within company-supported lead programs and structured appointment systems

🎯 Requirements

• No prior insurance experience required • Comfortable communicating with people • Open to learning a new skill set • Reliable internet connection • Computer or laptop (windows 11, 8g ram) • Quiet workspace for virtual client meetings • Prior backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, sales, management, healthcare, education, retail, and remote support environments often translate well into this role
