📋 Description

• Increase retention of AIL/NILICO business. • Set up systems for SGA offices that maximize long-term profit. • Increase agencies' conservation of policies. • Track agencies' short-term and long-term retention of business. • Develop quality plans with agencies and track their progress. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Insurance experience required. • Experience in a similar role preferred. • Ability to review business and monitor upfront business performance. • Strong focus on quality systems within the business. • Demonstrated focus on supporting, improving, and tracking profitable business outcomes.
