📋 Description

• Build the legal portion of the Commercial (Projects & Supply Chain) business, including preferred structures, strategies, and form agreements • Own the structuring, financing, and delivery of commercial projects, including SPV documents, loan agreements, security packages, IP licensing agreements, and EPC agreements • Own the legal portion of global procurement, including master services agreements, purchase orders, and warehousing agreements • Partner with the sales team to win new projects, including drafting responses to RFPs • Partner with regulatory teams to maintain compliance with applicable laws • Manage outside counsel as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Biglaw and/or in-house legal experience • Deep expertise in project financing and implementation of complex infrastructure projects • Familiarity with commercial procurement for complex infrastructure projects • Desire to independently drive the building of the commercial division of the Legal department • Willingness to directly handle substantive legal work to limit outside counsel fees • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law and in good standing in the United States
