📋 Description

• Manage moderate to complex auto insurance claims throughout the claims process • Provide claims service via various communication channels to policyholders and third-party customers • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, document, and settle claim decisions • Adjust moderate to highly complex auto claims • Create and review estimates, supplements, photos, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance • Apply Property & Casualty insurance products, services, policy contracts, coverages, and claims-handling processes • Seek guidance to resolve issues and identify matters for escalation • Partner with or direct vendors and internal business partners to facilitate claims resolution • Contribute to business goals and performance metrics while using tools and technology effectively • Support workload surges and catastrophe operations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Moderate knowledge of automobile parts, terminology, repair techniques, and vehicle construction • Experience handling Property and Casualty claims preferred • Proficiency with CCC estimating system • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills • Computer literacy in a Windows operating environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to implement and adapt to rapid change • Ability to navigate and work in multiple systems simultaneously • Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot • Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias • Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights • Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation • Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection • High School Diploma or equivalent required • 3+ years of auto claims experience writing estimates and total loss evaluations required • 3+ years of experience using CCC Portal/estimating software required • 3+ years of customer contact experience preferred • Insurance Adjuster License strongly preferred • I-Car Platinum Designation preferred • Must not require visa sponsorship
