📋 Description

• Empower a cohesive and adaptable team of Zone and District Managers integrating parts and service functions • Serve as a trusted advisor to zone and district parts and service managers • Drive revenue growth, achieve KPIs, and execute CCA programs, initiatives, and related activities • Address and resolve zone and district needs, including PASI, RIM, Warranty, NPS, Retention, STS Training, EV Training, and Compliance • Implement and document action plans to overcome zone or district headwinds • Ensure alignment with CAP goals and metrics • Support training, coaching, process integration, tools development, performance and analysis reports, and business planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience • 5+ years of relevant experience guiding and improving fixed or sales operations • Proficient automotive industry knowledge and business acumen, including parts, service operations, warranty administration, and customer experience • Ability to travel up to 75% • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle in accordance with licensing requirements of the states in which work is performed • Experience leveraging dealer performance and financial reporting tools to drive business insights and operational improvements (preferred) • Strong consultative and relationship management skills (preferred) • Results-oriented professional with demonstrated success leading change and driving business outcomes (preferred) • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills (preferred) • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities (preferred) • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment (preferred) • Proven ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and lead in remote or matrixed environments (preferred) • Demonstrated innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement mindset (preferred) • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, adaptability, and accountability (preferred) • Strong customer focus and ability to navigate complex situations and resolve conflict effectively (preferred) • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Must live in an approved city within the assigned territory or relocate within the timeline provided at offer • Must successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review
