📋 Description

• Drive the vision, OKRs, and product roadmap for the Jabra Enhance Select mobile app • Validate product direction using data, research, customer feedback, and care team insights • Represent engineering partners’ needs in product planning • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, QA, Audiology, and Customer Experience teams to execute the roadmap • Maintain an active, groomed backlog focused on KPIs and prioritization • Perform quantitative data analysis and qualitative user research • Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning and sprint grooming • Partner with legal compliance to maintain the app quality system according to FDA regulations • Collaborate with GN-family stakeholders to align the app vision with other apps, software, and teams • Work with regulatory, ADK, GN R&D, and others to ensure 510(k) FDA compliance • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of mobile product management experience • Experience developing and managing connected products using Bluetooth and/or wireless communication technologies • Experience in consumer electronics or wearable devices such as hearables, smartwatches, or fitness trackers • Experience collaborating closely with hardware, firmware, and mobile engineering teams • Passion for A/B testing, hypothesis-driven app development, and continuous discovery • Experience with agile product development, design, engineering, and QA partnerships • Experience leading prioritization, scoping, and sprint ceremonies • Quantitative data analysis and qualitative user research skills • Ability to creatively obtain data to inform decisions and strategy • Preferred experience with Amplitude, Segment, and similar tools • Strong user empathy and ability to uncover customer needs and feedback • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to manage conflicting viewpoints • Ability to present rationale and supporting insights to a Senior Leadership Team • Ability to hear and respond openly to feedback • Ability to support FDA-regulated quality systems and 510(k) compliance
