📋 Description

• Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing communication, follow-ups, and requests with minimal oversight • Build strong working relationships through consistent, reliable execution and communication • Lead portions of client meetings, including status updates and reporting walk-throughs • Ensure all client requests are clearly communicated and followed through • Own execution of timelines, deliverables, and workflows across assigned accounts • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met in dynamic environments • Maintain key account documentation, including trackers, timelines, and reports • Proactively identify risks to timelines or deliverables and escalate when needed • Support budget and scope tracking at a project level • Begin connecting performance data to campaign strategy and client objectives • Contribute to reporting, including drafting insights and recommendations • Partner with media and analytics teams to ensure data is accurate and actionable • Support optimization efforts based on performance trends • Coordinate with other departments, including web development, media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure aligned execution across channels • Develop project, creative, and media briefs with increasing independence • Communicate client feedback clearly and ensure it is reflected in deliverables • Help ensure internal teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and expectations • Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with strategy • Ensure feedback and updates are implemented correctly and efficiently • Maintain high standards for quality while managing multiple deliverables • Continue developing a stronger understanding of marketing strategy, performance metrics, and channel dynamics • Demonstrate ability to connect execution to outcomes and business impact • Take initiative in identifying improvements and contributing ideas • Actively seek feedback and apply it to improve performance and impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 5 or more years of experience in account management, marketing, or related field • Agency experience preferred • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and more. • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and client relationships • Experience working with e-commerce and/or B2B clients is a plus • Hands-on media execution experience is a plus
