• 8–10+ years of experience in paid search or performance marketing and agency experience • Deep expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and modern search tactics • Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance across multiple accounts • Strong strategic thinking with a focus on business impact and growth • Experience navigating industry changes such as automation and privacy shifts • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
