📋 Description

• Assist in posting job descriptions and managing internship recruitment campaigns. • Help screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate candidate records. • Assist with drafting HR documents, reports, and performance tracking forms. • Communicate with interns, partners, and staff to ensure smooth operations. • Contribute ideas to improve HR workflows and employee engagement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in human resources or related fields (Business, Management, or Psychology). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information. • Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). • Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
