📋 Description

• Own day-to-day lead solutioning across Marketing and Sales Operations • Review incoming website and event leads • Deduplicate leads and identify routing exceptions • Identify, categorize, and upload Trusted Advisors, providers, and end customers into Salesforce • Research companies and validate records • Enrich and maintain lead data • Monitor automated lead routing for accuracy • Investigate routing issues and recurring exceptions • Coordinate with Sales Operations on routing improvements • Recommend enhancements to routing logic and form fields • Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to improve workflows • Support testing and QA for new form fields and routing changes • Document processes and identify automation opportunities • Pass vendor inquiries to the appropriate internal team • Assist Marketing with lead segmentation and nurture lists • Serve as the primary point of contact for lead routing questions • Improve lead routing accuracy and reduce misassigned leads • Improve Salesforce data quality through enrichment, deduplication, and record maintenance • Establish consistent monitoring and documentation of lead management processes • Improve alignment between Marketing, Sales Operations, and Salesforce • Identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities • Improve visibility into lead performance and quality trends

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with lead quality management, data enrichment, routing oversight, operational lead management, process monitoring, and lead cleanup • Ability to review incoming website and event leads • Ability to deduplicate records using current Salesforce optimization practices • Ability to identify duplicates and routing exceptions • Ability to identify and categorize Trusted Advisors, providers, and end customers in Salesforce • Ability to research companies and validate records • Ability to enrich and maintain lead data based on research • Ability to monitor automated routing for accuracy and investigate routing issues and recurring exceptions • Ability to coordinate with Sales Operations on routing improvements • Ability to recommend enhancements to routing logic and form fields • Ability to support testing and QA for new form fields and routing changes • Ability to document processes and identify automation opportunities • Ability to pass vendor inquiries to the appropriate internal team • Ability to assist with lead segmentation and nurture lists • Ability to communicate effectively and constructively with management, peers, and coworkers • Salesforce knowledge and experience with LinkedIn Navigator
