📋 Description

• Maintain and administer PowerBI, Brightgauge, and other analytics platforms to ensure uptime, accuracy, and performance • Build and standardize real-time KPI dashboards for service delivery teams • Maintain and enhance legacy logic and data models developed by previous BI contractors • Maintain the financial BI package • Maintain success metrics dashboards • Maintain weekly “Are We Winning?” dashboards • Anticipate and support the analytical needs of new partners joining Courser • Ensure new partners have access to relevant insights and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with BI tools; PowerBI and Brightgauge experience is a plus • Strong understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and KPI standardization • Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving business needs • Proactive mindset with a desire to understand the “why” behind the data • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
