📋 Description

• Maintain and administer PowerBI, Brightgauge, and other analytics platforms to ensure uptime, accuracy, and performance. • Build and standardize real-time KPI dashboards for service delivery teams, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. • Maintain and enhance the logic and data models developed by previous BI contractors, including: Financial BI package, Success metrics dashboards, Weekly “Are We Winning?” dashboards • Anticipate and support the analytical needs of new partners joining Courser, ensuring they have access to relevant insights and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with BI tools (PowerBI and Brightgauge as plus) • Strong understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and KPI standardization • Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving business needs • Proactive mindset with a desire to understand the “why” behind the data • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
