📋 Description
• Supports clinical teams in completing daily tasks and outreach for patients • Communicates with patients, referral sources, and multiple teams to request documentation • Completes compliance tasks daily, including contacting patients and scheduling appointments • Reviews insurance compliance requirements with patients • Educates patients on PAP machine use and maintenance • Assists in PAP charting when needed • Communicates with the physician or other clinicians to resolve patient care issues • Completes supply orders for various supplies per patient request
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or GED equivalent • Six months’ experience in medical/insurance/healthcare/DME field
