📋 Description

• Receiving and processing the sales orders and purchase orders in multiple CRM applications • Verifying order details for accuracy • Calculating custom discounts on orders • Updating and maintaining customer order information • Working closely to support our sales team • Answering periodic phone calls

🎯 Requirements

• Order processing or other administrative experience preferred • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Deadline driven with a sense of urgency and commitment • Previous experience with CRM/ERP Systems is preferred • Able to work standard business hours M-F, with ability and willingness to work (paid) overtime at the end of month/quarter/year
