📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team of product designers focused on AI-powered workflows across Product and Revenue product lines • Report to the Senior Director, Product Design • Manage, coach and develop approximately 8–12 product designers across US- and India-based teams • Lead design execution for communication, messaging and automation experiences • Connect customer needs, business goals, technical constraints and product strategy across AI workflow surfaces • Set expectations for quality, accountability, collaboration, communication and delivery • Keep designers focused on priority work, manage ambiguity and clarify expectations, blockers and decisions • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, design leadership and the Senior Director, Product Design on roadmaps, tradeoffs and outcomes • Lead critiques, coaching conversations, quality reviews and launch-readiness discussions • Improve usability, accessibility, interaction quality, visual consistency, design-system alignment and AI-assisted experiences • Maintain workstream visibility through rituals, updates and risk escalation • Hire talent, onboard designers and create development plans • Use AI-powered tools and workflows for exploration, prototyping, synthesis, documentation and production collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant product design, UX or product experience work, including 3+ years managing product designers • Proven experience managing designers in complex B2B SaaS, platform, workflow-heavy or multi-product environments • An exceptionally strong portfolio demonstrating product judgment, systems thinking, customer empathy, high-quality execution and measurable product impact, ideally including AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences • Exceptional visual and interaction design judgment • Strong management skills with individual contributors • Excellent communication skills • Experience leading critique, coaching designers, giving direct feedback and helping teams make stronger product design decisions • Working knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, reusable patterns and scalable product experience decisions • Strong product judgment and comfort balancing customer needs, business outcomes, technical constraints and speed of execution • Comfort designing AI-native experiences, including conversational interfaces, automation, agentic workflows or generative communication tools • Proven ability to hire strong designers, develop talent, support career growth and performance manage team members • Experience managing distributed teams and working across time zones; experience working closely with India-based teams is highly valuable • Familiarity with AI-assisted production tools • English proficiency is not explicitly stated as a requirement
