📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and execution for complex initiatives spanning multiple teams, product surfaces or customer workflows • Translate customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, data signals and product strategy into clear experience direction • Partner with product and engineering leaders to clarify problem spaces, sequence design work and align teams around high-quality outcomes • Create prototypes, workflows, interaction models and high-fidelity designs • Identify product experience gaps, design debt and cross-team inconsistencies and turn them into practical improvements • Shape AI-enabled workflows, intelligent interfaces and automation-heavy experiences • Strengthen shared patterns, design-system adoption, accessibility standards and implementation guidance • Mentor senior and lead designers through critique, coaching, product judgment, storytelling and design rationale • Collaborate effectively across US and India time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant product design experience • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating staff-level craft, product judgment, customer empathy, systems thinking, measurable impact and shipped product quality • Experience shaping product direction beyond a single feature or team • Exceptional visual and interaction design craft • Experience across research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, content strategy and usability testing • Strong prototyping fluency using Figma, Framer, AI coding tools or lightweight front-end code • Experience designing AI-powered, automation-heavy or intelligent product experiences • Deep fluency in design systems, accessibility standards, reusable patterns and scalable product experience decisions • Strong cross-functional leadership skills • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Collaborative, low-ego leadership style with a track record of mentoring designers • Experience using AI-powered tools for exploration, prototyping, critique, synthesis or workflow acceleration is mandatory • Portfolio required; applications without a portfolio will not be considered
