📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for day-to-day coordination with Government stakeholders • Plan, manage, and track contractor performance across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of contract deliverables • Develop and maintain contractor project artifacts (e.g., work plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, action item trackers) for Government review and approval • Coordinate internal contractor resources (engineering, architecture, mechanical, logistics) to support Government priorities and timelines • Facilitate meetings (agenda development, minutes, action items) and maintain documentation repositories and status dashboards • Collect and analyze program data (schedule, cost, performance metrics) and provide reports and briefings to support Government oversight • Support facilities assessments and project planning by coordinating site information collection, document reviews, and technical inputs from subject matter experts • Identify risks and constraints; develop mitigation options and recommendations for Government consideration

🎯 Requirements

• College degree OR High School Diploma AND 4 to 8 years of relevant experience • Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible facilities program/project management experience • Demonstrated experience supporting Federal facilities programs, construction/renovation projects, or facilities operations and maintenance • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools, Excel, Word, Teams/SharePoint)
