• Coordinate the management of Division-specific work performed under the Division Program Directors across all participating DOJ components • Serve as the senior point of coordination when efforts and resources must be shared across multiple Divisions • Meet with each COR at least once a month for Division-level in-progress reviews (IPRs) • Attend other periodic meetings as required, including joint meetings with all CORs and the Contracting Officer • Implement the contract management structure so that requirements spanning multiple Divisions are handled effectively • Be available on short notice for in-person meetings in the Washington, DC metropolitan area
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application) • Authorized to work in the United States • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment • Senior management experience coordinating large, multi-component litigation support or IT services programs • Broad and deep knowledge of litigation support, business administration, human resource management, information resources management, and data processing • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interface with senior Government stakeholders, CORs, and the Contracting Officer • Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts and resources across multiple organizations simultaneously • Must be located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and available on short notice for in-person meetings
