📋 Description

• Provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for federal transition assistance programs • Oversees program management, staffing, operational deployment, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination • Serves as the primary point of contact with Government leadership • Ensures all contractual deliverables, schedules, reporting requirements, and performance standards are met • Leads cross-functional teams responsible for curriculum development, training operations, and onsite support services • Manages project implementation plans, staffing strategies, operational readiness, and continuous improvement efforts • Monitors program risks and supports the delivery of transition assistance services to transitioning Service members annually

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years of experience • Master’s degree in related field • 5 years of experience in managing programs of a national scope, preferable for the DoD • Project Management Professional certification (or equivalent industry recognized project management certification) • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically • Ability to manage competing deadlines • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government • Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
