📋 Description

• Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional partners • Produce complex multimedia products including 3D assets, motion graphics, character and 3D environmental designs, photo manipulation, GenAI graphics, and custom icons • Define interaction patterns and visual standards for customer products • Ensure accurate content, consistent navigation, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and correct use of customer branding • Use AI to enhance motion graphics and video production • Create engaging and innovative content • Deliver production-ready designs and documentation • Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts through implementation • Coach peers and train GS personnel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of related graphic design experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience working within a DoD Center of Excellence • Strong preference for experience at MEDCoE • Proven leadership capabilities within a Center of Excellence environment • Strong design thinking and experience working with user groups, including early user testing • Ability to move from ideation to execution with minimal direction at a senior level • Understanding and application of desirability, feasibility, and viability while balancing innovation with system constraints • Demonstrated experience with high-priority projects requiring complex multimedia development and creative workflows using AI across multimodalities (preferred) • Expert skills in visual design and prototyping tools, including Figma or equivalent (preferred)
