📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software solutions • Review, analyze, and document business unit needs, workflows, program functions, and technical business processes • Drive joint business/IT requirements and solution discussions and stakeholder review meetings • Provide analytical system solutions for key stakeholders • Identify software functional gaps and improvement opportunities • Collaborate with product owners to create product backlogs using Agile practices • Create user stories with acceptance criteria • Participate in project implementation as a technical subject matter expert from beginning to completion • Train and mentor BSA I team members • Participate in scrum events including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, and reviews • Support Agile practices and service improvement • Design, create, and document process flows, technical requirements, specifications, diagrams, scenarios, mockups, and models • Provide Tier 2 application support and resolve internal tickets for enterprise-wide managed software solutions • Manage and support software upgrades • Troubleshoot issues, assist with triage, assess risk, and serve as an escalation point for incident management • Manage application customizations, dashboards, workflows, role-based access, and reporting support • Resolve business-line application requests and reported issues through investigation and ticket escalation • Keep application users informed about issue progress and resolution in alignment with service-level agreements • Coordinate with third-party service providers and internal technical teams on software needs and production issues • Maintain relationships with business lines, internal technical teams, and third-party service providers • Participate in on-call support for critical after-hours application impairments or major outages

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Project Management or Business Administration required • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred • 5+ years in financial or health services, including technical business analysis, product development and process improvement required • Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps) strongly preferred • Proficiency with Visio, MS Word, Excel, PDF, SharePoint, and similar tools • Must satisfy background screening requirements of the Federal Credit Union Act • Participation in on-call support for critical after-hours application impairments or major outages as needed
