📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end launch and day-to-day operations of 1 to 3 clients • Coordinate copywriters, media buyers, video editors, designers, founders, and client teams • Prepare and lead onboarding workshops • Schedule workshops and collect client resources and feedback • Ensure that every deliverable meets Nicoya’s standards • Handle urgent issues and suggest improvements to deliverables • Serve as the client point of contact, handle requests, and help prioritize tasks • Track deadlines and drive continuous process improvement • Implement minor funnel updates, including tags, page duplication, slide changes, and copy updates • Prepare client calls and analyze performance • Keep clients informed at every stage • Schedule the copywriter’s emails and generate some of them using AI prompts • Brief the video editor and manage the necessary rounds of revisions before handing assets over to the media buyer • Manage A/B tests, analyze results, and provide recommendations • Propose affiliate partnerships to content creators and manage affiliates • Gradually build each client’s roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience, ideally as a CRM Manager at a startup, Growth Marketer, or Marketing Project Manager • Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment, particularly at a startup or agency • Experience managing or actively contributing to acquisition campaigns, ideally on Meta Ads • Ability to interpret performance metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, and LTV • Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously • Proficiency in, or the ability to quickly learn, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, or GoHighLevel • Ability to analyze marketing data and understand funnel mechanics • Strong project management skills • Ability to brief and proofread sales copy • Knowledge of ActiveCampaign or Make is a plus • Experience with Meta Ads, familiarity with opt-in pages, or live event management is a plus • Minimum 80% availability • Freelance status
