📋 Description

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data, client progress, and ongoing assessment • Provide direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs on the patient caseload • Provide direct and indirect family guidance necessary for programming success • Communicate consistently with all treatment team members • Collaborate with service providers outside Golden Steps • Review data promptly and communicate with team members as needed • Maintain professional boundaries according to BACB standards • Conduct comprehensive initial intakes and recurring assessments • Handle discharge and transition planning for children on the caseload • Perform other assigned tasks • Develop a flexible schedule supporting work-life balance • Provide ABA services to clients in their homes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month • LBA, if applicable • Willingness to undergo a background check • Excellent writing and verbal communication • Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs • Ability to bend and squat for up to one hour per day • Ability to perform fine and gross motor activities, bend, kneel, squat, sit at floor level or in a chair, and stand for periods of time
