📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with owners through proactive, transparent communication and well-timed touchpoints. • Own the health and performance of an assigned portfolio, tracking revenue, occupancy, ADR, pacing, and owner engagement. • Conduct Property Health Reviews and Revenue Reviews, using market data to give owners recommendations that improve their results. • Spot churn risk and owner concerns early, and manage escalations with de-escalation and accountability. • Partner with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, Maintenance, and Finance to deliver an exceptional owner experience. • Use reporting and analytics to tell the story behind portfolio performance and help owners make informed decisions. • Contribute to improving owner programs, portfolio strategy, and internal processes over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in account management, client success, hospitality, property management, or a related customer-facing role. • Proven track record managing relationships and navigating difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy. • Comfortable and confident discussing revenue, strategy, and operational recommendations directly with owners. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations. • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities independently. • Vacation rental, hospitality, or real estate experience preferred.
