📋 Description

• Contacts approved vendors for support • Research and onboard new vendors as needed • Obtains landlord approval in accordance with management agreement terms, escalates issues to PME as needed, coordinates maintenance and repairs upon approval • Develops maintenance plans and implements them • Ensures quality control standards are consistently met • Purchases any equipment, tools or materials that may be required • Assesses procedures and makes recommendations for improvement • Orders and coordinates delivery of appliances and materials for occupied properties • Approves maintenance invoices • Troubleshoots maintenance tickets • All other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree (preferred) • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills • Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Google Sheets) • Experience in Appfolio and LeadSimple (preferred) • Internet speed of 50 mbps and above
