📋 Description

• Engage with Public Safety, Military, and other Pro customers • Monitor and answer support requests relating to the Pro line of products • Document current use cases, issues, and opportunities • Provide regular reports to leadership on product and customer performance • Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to troubleshoot technical issues • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Conduct virtual and onsite customer training and equipment installations • Support technical presales activities, including customer demos • Support business development activities including RFPs, demos, trade shows, and Q&A sessions • Advocate for customers by identifying issues and proposing product enhancements, new functionality, and new products • Travel up to 50% may be required

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, preferably deploying or utilizing technology products in a Public Safety or Military organization • Some experience related to tactical communications • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies • Ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Physical ability to carry 30 pounds of equipment and work in austere conditions • Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems such as Salesforce or Jira • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively • Ability to explain technical details and requirements to non-technical and extremely technical audiences • Strong work ethic and ability to provide quick and effective resolutions to customer questions • Customer/service orientation and ability to build strong customer relationships • Strategic thinking and planning skills • Ability to lift 30 lbs. • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance may be required
