📋 Description

• Own the Southeast market pod’s event calendar • Represent GovDash at GovCon associations and networking groups • Build and maintain relationships with organizers, partners, and industry leaders • Own event logistics end-to-end: venues, vendors, budgets, shipping, timelines • Capture and edit short-form video content for campaigns • Partner with AEs and SDRs on account targeting and post-event follow-ups • Surface Southeast market insights and community feedback • Support cross-functional marketing needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in events, community, partnerships, demand gen, or another cross-functional GTM/operations role • Experience in or strong understanding of the GovCon ecosystem • Ability to effectively manage multiple activities • Comfort with AI tools for planning, content creation, and operational efficiency • Experience capturing and editing short-form video content • Track record running both small events and large tradeshows • Strong collaboration with Sales and SDR teams
