📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for all Infor M3-related initiatives across business units. • Lead requirement workshops with business collaborators and translate needs into functional solutions. • Provide oversight across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, supply chain, inventory, and warehouse modules. • Lead offshore and onshore teams responsible for configuring, testing, and implementing M3 solutions. • Partner with solution architects, developers, and integration teams for end-to-end delivery. • Develop and supervise project plans, work, and dependencies. • Ensure alignment to governance, quality, and compliance standards. Support UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare post debut.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of ERP experience, with at least 5+ years in Infor M3 (functional + delivery). • Solid understanding of M3 CloudSuite modules: Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Inventory Management, Manufacturing. • Experience in leading ERP programs and collaborating with various parties in large enterprises. • Ability to lead integration points with third-party applications (WMS, POS, Finance systems). • Good communication and presentation skills to collaborate with business and IT leadership. • Prior experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing industries is a plus. • PMP/Prince2 or Agile delivery certifications preferred.
