📋 Description

• Develop customer-facing reports and dashboards using regulatory intelligence data • Translate customer reporting requests into precise, scoped queries using Sigma, Claude, and Redica MCP • Identify and extract underlying data covering inspections, observations, warning letters, and enforcement actions • Build, customize, and publish customer-facing workbooks, data elements, reports, and visualizations • Own the full report lifecycle from intake and data identification through build, QA, proofing, and delivery • Interpret and validate data outputs for accuracy before customer-facing delivery • Answer customer-specific questions through structured reporting on regulatory intelligence data • Manage multiple concurrent customer deliverables accurately and on time • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requests, resolve data questions, and deliver customer-ready work • Present findings through dashboards, executive reports, and data storytelling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data operations, or a related role • Hands-on experience building reports, workbooks, data elements, or visualizations in a cloud BI or analytics tool such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI; Sigma experience strongly preferred • Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write, review, and troubleshoot queries against structured data • Experience using AI-assisted tools or natural language data interfaces to support data exploration, query development, or analysis • Experience producing accurate, polished work product for internal stakeholders or external customers • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable using AI to improve work • Clear communication with customers and colleagues
