📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate multiple L&D workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise PMO standards. • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with clarity and precision. • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, reduce friction, and enhance program effectiveness. • Provide structured frameworks, actionable updates, and strategic insights to leadership. • Support HR and L&D initiatives as products with a focus on user experience and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably supporting HR, L&D, or enterprise-wide initiatives. • Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-visibility environments. • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making. • Strength in process improvement, vendor management, and operational excellence. • Proficiency with PM tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira. • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated environments is preferred. • HR operations, performance management, or L&D delivery experience is a plus. • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
