📋 Description

• Identify and establish effective sales channels for assigned products and applications • Create targeted marketing strategies to maximize product reach and effectiveness • Design and implement territory-specific sales plans for acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing accounts • Analyze territory performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize sales results • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively • Use CRM tools to document customer interactions and follow-ups • Conduct site visits and outreach with industrial contractors and facility managers • Build long-term customer relationships and provide exceptional service and support • Design and implement distribution programs with internal teams • Evaluate existing programs and recommend enhancements using market feedback and performance data • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity • Provide reports and updates to sales and marketing management • Liaise between customers and Graco to optimize product launches and drive sales • Train sales staff and channel partners on new products • Establish partnerships and agreements with material suppliers • Manage training and demo equipment accounts according to corporate standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, a technical field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in mechanical product sales through distribution channels • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences • Advanced mechanical aptitude • Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse end-user requirements and shifting market conditions • Expertise in managing and optimizing distribution channels • Willingness to travel as required • Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain insurability with Graco’s chosen Fleet Insurer • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and unrestricted basis • Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Candidates working under temporary employment authorization, including F-1 OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, or similar programs, are not eligible • Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge preferred • MBA or Master’s degree preferred
