📋 Description

• Assist with daily communication between talent and brand partners • Coordinate and track campaign deliverables and timelines • Research new trends and source new creators to sign • Secure brand opportunities • Support calendar management, meeting scheduling, and internal coordination • Monitor social media activity for talent and competitors • Participate in team calls and brainstorming sessions • Support a Talent Manager with day-to-day operations managing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creators

• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Proactive and detail-oriented approach • Comfort with remote work • Eagerness to learn how creators build and monetize their platforms • Bonus: experience in social media, marketing, entertainment, or startups
