📋 Description

• Conduct legal research across a range of US law topics. • Analyse complex legal issues and provide well-supported conclusions. • Draft and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other legal content. • Review AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. • Identify errors, inconsistencies, unsupported conclusions, and ambiguous language. • Provide structured feedback based on legal standards and project guidelines. • Support quality assurance across legal documents and evaluation tasks. • Collaborate remotely with legal, technical, and project stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Active licence to practise law in at least one US jurisdiction. • Professional experience in legal research, analysis, and drafting. • Current or previous experience at a recognised US law firm. • Experience reviewing legal documents for accuracy and quality.
