• Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction or Doctorate in Instructional Leadership or Doctorate in Elementary Education or Doctorate in Learning and Teaching or Doctorate in Teaching Innovation or Doctorate in Literacy or Doctorate in Reading • Masters in Education or Masters in Elementary Education or Masters in Curriculum and Instruction or Masters in Literacy or Masters in Reading AND 2 areas of exceptional expertise • Valid state teacher certification in Elementary Education with an Endorsement in Early Childhood Education • Teaching certificate in early childhood education AND a minimum of three years of experience as an elementary classroom teacher or elementary instructional specialist or 1-8 team lead or 1-8 department chair or elementary curriculum coach or new teacher mentor of 1-8 teachers • At least six graduate credits related to elementary reading or literacy or reading assessment and diagnosis.
