📋 Description

• Identify business needs, analyze requirements, and propose solutions to improve business processes and operations • Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement • Develop data-driven business analyses • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders • Assist functional teams, the Enterprise PMO, and the business systems team with key initiatives • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies • Support Granicus's mission of connecting governments and residents through cloud-based digital solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing an interest in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field • Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis tools such as Excel • Good written communication skills, including experience with PowerPoint • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to present ideas and make recommendations • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Responsible for appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of company information assets • Responsible for ensuring data privacy and completing required privacy training
