📋 Description

• Develop and implement real-time automation controls and information solutions • Conceptualize during the design phase of the project life cycle • Program, debug, and test systems • Create project engineering notes, project proposals, project design traceability documentation, case studies, and other documentation • Commission new solutions at client sites and identify improvement opportunities • Create methodologies and solve complex problems • Learn new technologies • Mentor colleagues on areas of expertise • Work with machine and process control, information solutions, database development, operational efficiency, and mechatronics

🎯 Requirements

• Successful or upcoming completion of B.Sc. Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering Technology degree • Academic or working experience with some or all the listed technologies • Experience with PLC and PAC programming, HMI application design, SCADA design, network design, database design, or vision system design • Meticulous, conscientious, analytical, focused, self-starter individual and quick learner • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Valid Driver’s License • Full-time access to a personal vehicle • Candidate must be located in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, or Maryland • Willingness to travel up to 30-50% in PA, NJ, NY, DE, and MD • Employee will be associated with and report to Grantek's Allentown, PA office
