📋 Description

• Conduct structured, phone-based patient interactions on behalf of partner healthcare organizations • Complete a minimum of 6 hours of patient outreach per week on a schedule built around PharmD coursework • Conduct patient outreach, assessments, and wellness check-ins using The Grove platform • Engage patients regarding medication adherence, preventive care, chronic disease management, follow-up care, and other healthcare needs • Practice clear, patient-centered communication • Document interaction outcomes accurately in the platform • Escalate patient safety concerns and clinical questions to a licensed clinical supervisor in real time • Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality • Participate in onboarding training and ongoing team check-ins • Complete onboarding training lasting 14 days or less

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited PharmD program at a university in the U.S. • Pharmacy students only • Strong interest in patient care and improving the patient experience • Strong verbal communication skills or a genuine desire to develop them • Interest in applying pharmacy education beyond the classroom • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Able to commit to a minimum of 6 hours per week • Access to a compatible computer and cell phone with SMS capabilities • A quiet, private workspace free of background noise and distractions • Two-minute or less video explaining why you would be a good fit and why learning telephonic care is important • Must maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
